I served as minister, commissioner without NYSC certificate _ Barr shittu
Barrister Adebayo Shittu, says he served as an Assembly member, commissioner and minister without the NYSC discharge certificate.
Speaking on Hannatu Musawa's certificate scandal, Barrister Shittu said,
"That is not even an issue. The 1999 Constitution did not make it mandatory.
"In 1979, I contested election into the Oyo State House of Assembly; I didn’t serve."
